Tidemark Terms of Use
Effective 10 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Tidemark app. Tidemark is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the additional terms below. If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted.
Tidemark Pro
Tidemark is free to use with some limits. Tidemark Pro unlocks additional features and is offered as:
- A monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, each of which may include a free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- A one-time lifetime purchase, which is not a subscription.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country or region. Where Apple Family Sharing is enabled, eligible family members may share your purchase.
Free trials and renewals
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of a free trial if you do not cancel before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings or from Settings › Manage Subscription in Tidemark. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds
All payments are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
Your events and reminders live in your own calendar accounts and belong to you. Tidemark edits them only when you ask it to.
No guarantees
Travel times, time-to-leave alerts and availability suggestions are estimates and may not always be accurate or delivered on time. Please allow extra time when it matters. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed or late appointments.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted at this address with its effective date.
