The calendar you can just ask — private, on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.
In one line: Tidemark is an independent calendar app that answers questions about your time, turns flyers into events, tells you when to leave (and whether to bring an umbrella), and lets people book you — with all the AI running on your device.
- Platforms: iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch (one purchase covers all)
- Price: Free. Tidemark Pro: $4.99/month or $34.99/year with a 7-day free trial, or $89.99 once; Family Sharing included
- Privacy: No account, no ads, no tracking; App Store label “Data Not Collected”
- Developer: Raghav Kalbhor, independent developer
- Contact: raghav_c@kalbhor.com — review copies of Pro on request
What's interesting
- An AI calendar that can't make things up. Everyday questions are answered exactly from EventKit data. Apple's on-device Foundation Models only re-read hurried or misspelled questions against your real event titles — the model never writes the answer.
- Scan to Event. Vision OCR plus on-device extraction turns a flyer, ticket, screenshot or PDF into events, and a checker drops any date that isn't actually in the text.
- Leave alerts that know the weather. Live travel time from where you'll really be, and alerts that tell you to bring an umbrella or a coat.
- Booking links with no backend. Open times travel in the link; requests are end-to-end encrypted (P-256 ECDH + AES-GCM).
